The Third Meeting of the Fifth People's Congress of Wuzhong District, Suzhou, and the Third Meeting of the Fifth Committee of the CPPCC Wuzhong District, Suzhou were held at the the Taihu Lake International Convention Center from January 7 to 9. Our party branch secretary Sun Ke participated in this meeting as a member of the district political consultative conference, actively participated in political discussions, provided suggestions, and put forward proposals around the economic hotspots and social livelihood issues of the entire district.
The proposal I bring is "Suggestions on Clarifying Industrial Carriers, Implementing 'Industrial Upstairs', Promoting' Data Access', and Comprehensively Promoting the Quality and Quantity of Economic Development in Our Region". Faced with the complex and ever-changing external environment and opportunities and challenges of economic transformation and upgrading, we are calling for the "Wild Goose Formation Effect" more than ever before to promote the effective improvement of the quality and reasonable growth of our region's economy, and enter a new stage of development. The future competition is the competition of technological innovation, as well as the competition of key industrial clusters, and even the competition of key industrial chains. We will implement the "industrial upgrading" initiative, promote "data acquisition", create high-quality, high standard, and large capacity industrial carrier resources, provide rich carrier support for high-quality advanced manufacturing, continue to promote multi-dimensional diversified project attraction, promote the "333+N" modern industrial system, focus on building leading enterprises as chain owners, construct a "1030" industrial system consisting of 10 key industrial clusters and 30 key industrial chains, continue to adhere to the important link of the "innovation led, industrial strong zone" development strategy, and provide escort for the creation of a new chapter of high-quality development in "Paradise Suzhou, the most beautiful Wuzhong".
